How to use:
How to Sharpen pencil: (some people freeze their pencils for about 5 minutes before sharpening but for myself I have not found this necessary). Insert side underneath clear cap into sharpener and rotate. Twist until desired sharpness is reached.

Apply directly to eyes or anywhere you want soft definition. Blend with fingertips or a brush for your desired intensity.
